Synchronicity: Intelligence

(Sunday, March 15, 2026)

On Friday my friend Nicki (who received her law degree from William Mitchell) created a synchronicity related to “Fragment: Observing A Young Woman’s Hard Work.” In that dream, a young woman is pulling up multiple brain images, maybe MRIs or PET scans. She points out one in particular and says, “This brain shape is about high intelligence.” I confirm, “That is exactly the shape of my brain.”

Nicki talked about the high scores I got in the old PSAT/NMSQT test. “Genius. You would have been accepted at Harvard,” she said. Even though I haven’t felt that way for a long time, it was sweet to hear her say that.

Synchronicity: Faerie Queene

A Faerie Queen has appeared in at least two of my past dreams, and I have added her to the faerie tale I am writing. Working on draft two, I need to expand her character. A very old poem called “The Faerie Queene” was published in 1590. King Arthur is in the poem, as well as Lady Una (a spelling variation of my granddaughter Oona’s name).

There is also an Irish folktale about Oonagh (or Una), the faerie queen, wife of the faerie king of western Ireland, Finvarra (or Fionbharr). Numerous characters, goddesses or folkloric spirits worldwide have been described as Faerie Queens.

On Friday the 13th, I hung out with my old friend Nicole, whose middle name is Erin (Ireland) and whose birthday is St. Patrick’s Day. We met in seventh grade, in our journalism class. I told her I am writing a story, planning to create my first book. She was overjoyed. “I always thought you would be a writer,” she exclaimed. “Your words are beautiful.”

Synchronicity: Henry

(Tuesday, March 10, 2026) third quarter moon Sagittarius

Last night I shared the dream in which my elven dream guide appears. I talked about the story I am writing and said I named my elven guide Henry, who is a character in the faerie tale and is almost eight feet tall. Today I spent a couple of hours working on the story. Then I went to get some groceries. At the end of a long aisle, I saw a huge man who was at least seven feet tall. He reminded me of Henry, and my whole body filled with strong electrical energy. I tingled for at least a minute.

When I was leaving the store, there was a couple walking ahead of me. The husband was on the left side of his wife, caressing her upper back. Like Henry does in my dreams: “I’ve got your back.”

I do not know if my guide’s name really is Henry, so it was suggested I incubate and ask him. One meaning of Henry: “home ruler, leader of the household.” In medieval England, it was pronounced as “Harry,” and Harry is the loving magician in my “Sorcerer’s Apprentice” precognitive dream. Seven German kings, four French kings and multiple English monarchs were named Henry.
