Nice incubation. I just talked with a woman named Peg who is joining our group in AZ in February at meditation this morning. She was excited to tell me about reading about incubation in a book on Buddhism she is reading. I thought I’d share the notes I wrote after reading Michiel Klerk’s book on incubation with the whole group. I will send you my notes if you like.
