1/6/23 Turquoise colored Dog

I am about to give a medium-sized dog with tight, curly hair, a bath. His hair is turquoise. He belongs to a mother and daughter. I run around getting the bath ready. I get towels, etc. I then see the dog has given himself a bath and is no longer turquoise. He is his original, off-white color. I have given this dog baths in the past. I talk to the daughter outside. She was around 7 to 8 years old. She is now a teenager. She tells me that her mother and she are looking for a smaller place, a cabin.

1/6/23 I Meet my Granddaughter for the First Time

I meet my granddaughter for the first time. She is 7 or 8 years old. Paul and I had moved away from the small town where she lives and had never gotten back before now. My granddaughter and I have a nice conversation.

My granddaughter rides her bike where all these cattle are kept. They are in a circular, fenced in, moving enclosure that goes around and around. Laura L. who is unusually thin, is in charge of them. She is to bring them some place. It is her responsibility.

Later, Laura and I are in a pub. We are getting something to eat and drink. There are a couple of “mob” guys there. They get a bit rough. One has a knife. He threatens to cut off my finger. I say “Uncle” and he stops. Later, I talk with him about photography. He is into photography. He wants to get together. I suggest we show our best photo sometime later at the pub. He agrees with this.

1/3/23 Dating Jack Nicolson

Jack has two jobs. He is the weather reporter on TV and he also drives a city bus. I have just started dating him. I am painting his bedroom white. It is in an old, stately house. I have finished three walls and have one more to paint. I meet his X wife or wives. They are nice women.

I catch a bus with a couple other people that Jack usually drives. A couple are subbing for Jack. A nerdy friend also subs for Jack on the weather report. He messes up and it is funny to watch.

Jack is quiet, mysterious and off on his own a lot.

Notes: Watch movie, About Schmidt starring Jack Nicolson and Kathy Bates. Jack’s character in the movie is similar to my dream. It got me to look at how we all take ourselves so seriously and that it’s important to laugh at ourselves and each other! James Hollis suggested the movie. He talks about taking risks in life and feeling we make a difference. We need to use our gift(s) and do what our souls are asking.
