The slow process of hand-building something from clay can really deepen the visitation of a dream. I have faithfully tended these wondrous images, transcribing them to journals since I was in my early 20s.

(Saturday, November 18, 2023) tarot ace of cups “the holy grail”

I dream I am sleeping, a kind of lucidity. The bedroom environment is pure. White and simple. I physically sense loving spiritual energy. No thoughts are obsessing or confusing me. A calm, open, empty mind. Some one else is sleeping near me, in another bed.

I begin to have the prescience that Denisea is about to arrive, and she does. I am grateful for her helpful being.

Day notes:

I have been thinking about asking Denisea to help me paint my upper floor. Her father was a professional painter and she worked with him after she graduated from MCAD.

Nightmare: Plotted Genocide

Yesterday my tarot card of the day was Death, and I wondered about the meaning.

Last night I dream of being part of a community under government attack. Quite a few of us are outdoors, discussing the potential future for us all. My male dream guide is with me. I have a task: walking up a gentle, grassy hill to find a simple tool that I have forgotten in my waking mind. Perhaps a body bag. Certainly not a gun or weapon.

At the top of the hill I have initial confidence that I will be spared. I then become full of fear and sorrow, realizing that my time on this earth is most likely at end. Horrific reality. I walk back down the hill to join my people. We don’t know how many of us will survive.

Day notes:

This could be about what is happening in Israel and Gaza. It could also be the Hitler-based speech this week by the X President. If he is elected, he will certainly attack and imprison thousand of citizens. That was the subject of his deranged, evil rant on Veteran’s Day.

The “grassy knoll” was the area where JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

Fragment: Feline Captures A Bird

Most of this dream has disappeared. I remember being in my house with guests. I am sleeping, and my cat Snowball wakes me up. He has a distinctive black and white bird in his mouth, but he has not been outside hunting. I discuss the curiosity of this indoor event with a few of my guests, in particular a middle-aged man, my dream guide.
