(The Winter Solstice, Sunday, December 21, 2025)
I have been reaching out to my dream guide before I fall asleep, although I haven’t seen him for awhile. In the early morning, as I was awakening, I felt strong electrical/spiritual energy filling my entire body. I talked to my therapist about this event and she said “You are getting charged.”
A few days ago I realized that my dream/spirit guide looks like the Elves in “The Lord of the Rings.” The Elves are at least seven feet tall, even taller. All are slender, as is my guide. Unlike Tolkien’s Men or Dwarves, Elves do not die of disease or old age. Tolkien’s Elves represent the state of humans in Eden. They are wiser than humans, with greater spiritual powers and connection to nature. Immortal.

The electrical energy happened again a day after this post. So, twice.
How interesting that twice you felt this electrical/spiritual charge after learning about the study where electrical charge was used for cognition/memory! Maybe you don’t need no outside tool!
