I don’t know if these are two separate dreams, but I put them together.

I am canoeing on a large lake. I start to go back to where I canoed from. I pass another boat. I talk to the guy in the boat. He tells me about a cabin for sale that is located in the other direction. I turn the canoe around and paddle in that direction eager to see the cabin.

I am in a small cabin. It belongs to a sister who I am with (not waking life sister). The cabin is very cozy. There is a small group of guys and girls in their 20’s who want to stay at the cabin. They keep pestering us. And we keep saying no.

Last scene: The group are settling into the basement bedroom which is a good size. One person is getting a crib ready for breastfeeding my baby. I tell him I will not be breastfeeding my baby in the crib, but will be holding the baby outside of the crib. Initially, I did not trust them. Now, however, I start to when they are settling into the basement.

1. I am with a baby on the floor. I change his diapers three times. Each time he has “blow outs”. He tells me each time it happens by saying “poop”. He likes toy cars. I help him pick out ones. It is fun.

2. I am with a group of people. We have a tour guide who is very good and the tour is very interesting. A secretary at school is writing up names of people who will go on another tour. Jeanne will get the list from her and distribute it. One woman teacher was laid off.

Feeling: excited

Asha: I am struck by your end comments with both snippets. I enjoy being with him. I like history. I recognize that he is the future. The school, history, is the past.

Svitlana: In my dream, I am tending to the Baby New Year. I am making sure the baby is fine, I am making sure it is comfortable. that he is happy and excited about his toys(options) and has his vehicles. I am a shaman who is building the future in the non-ordinary (dream) reality. These actions will manifest in my life.

Meredith: I take the good with the smelly things of life and am comfortable with how things unfold, enjoying the things I like no matter the circumstances. Such a positive attitude, acceptance and adaptability.

I am in a stable. I am putting a halter on a large, palomino stallion. I don’t quite have it all on when he turns around so his back end is facing me. This makes me nervous because he is known to kick. At the same time there is a baby who starts crawling out of the door. A young woman goes and picks him up. This distracts me.

Paul is coming back into the stable. He let the stallion loose into the pasture. I don’t think this is a good idea. I think there is another stallion in the pasture. I go to tell the owner of the stallion. He says he saw the stallion on someone else’s property.

Susanne: A palomino horse was the favorite horse in Greek mythology because of its golden color. Gold as and result of an alchemical process, might be another layer to your dream.

Lauralee: I’d look at what big energy (potentially dangerous) is unavailable(turns his back)/uncontained. It’s someone else’s problem for now. Husband seems to trigger it?

Meredith: Horse power on the loose. But I can contain it. Marvelous energy. I am taking control of powerful male energy and looking at it directly. For me a baby can be associated with the birth of something new. The energy of the stallion is loose. Great to dream of horses…glad they are not flesh eating ones, but still could be a bit dicy to handle.

Peter: Horses represent big time energy, big time desires. The desire to see my grandchildren, and then to stand behind the horse and risk being kicked-figuratively speaking, that’s already happened. So, it a dream doesn’t not come to tell us what we already know, I’m wondering what other kicks are coming?

Svitlana: I would follow the lead of my other dreams that showed me I should not worry, that I should reexamine my conditioning (I have recently had a dream where there were deer right next to lions, tigers and other big cats and I was scared for the deer, but nothing happened. The big cars and deer were just fine next to each other, it was me that was conditioned to worry) So, in this dream of mine my beautiful Palomino horse is not to be worried about. I am happy for him, I love seeing him enjoying himself and the world. Is the baby in this dream the same as the baby from the next one? Is so, in line with your previous dream, I am seeing the baby as the New Year- beautiful, full of energy, roaming freely, beautiful, green pastures.
