(Monday, February 9, 2026)
This dream is long and vivid but it quickly disappears from my conscious mind, especially later in the day as I record it. I recall meditating, connecting to the subconscious mind to create a metaphysical experience. Periodically a large white circle of energy evolves from my stomach, my third chakra. This procedure lasts a long time. The circle arrives over and over: expands from my body – disappears – expands – disappears. Like breathing.
Day notes:
Bonnie and I Zoomed with Cindy yesterday. Cindy and I have had discussions about the White Circle. Two of them showed up in my Ralph Waldo Emerson dream, which she mentioned yesterday. I think Pam heard that dream, too, in one of Victoria’s Zoom meetings.
Third chakra. Solar plexus chakra (in Sanskrit: Maṇipūra, “City of Jewels”). The fire element, the chakra of internal and external power, strength of will and individual identity. Normally yellow like the sun, but mine is white.
