I often have dreams of my tall male spirit guide. He “has my back.” He will stand close behind me or sometimes affectionately touch my back. Today I had a very old memory. As a teenager, when lying in bed, I physically felt fingers gently rub all the way down my spine. Now I certainly wonder if my guide has been with me since the beginning.
