11/13/25 Arrogant Lowes Employee

I go to Lowes and try to get reimbursed for an order that was out of stock. I am dealing with a young man who is arrogant and treats me like I am not worth his while. I am overwhelmed.

In waking life we did cancel an order because they were out of stock. I hadn’t seen the reimbursement on our charge card. However, that day it did go through. Then it happened again. I was told to order what we wanted from this other Lowes store and then they said it was out of stock a couple of days later. I think there is a message here!
