2/16/25 Rescuing a Snake

There are two snakes in the water at the end of the dock. There are two cats. One cat notices the snakes and jumps in after them. A woman who I work with jumps in and grabs the snake to rescue it. We were surprised that the cats saw the snakes and that one would jump in after them. The woman got the cat out and let the snake go in the water.

The woman I work with who reminds me of Charlotte S. and I take turns leading a small group of women. It feels like dreamwork. We sit around a table. It is wet because of rescuing the snake who was wet. I wipe the table down. It is my partner’s turn to lead. She is sitting with others and says she doesn’t want to come to the group. I say it isn’t the same without her. Then she does come. I was not prepared to lead.

Feeling: Nervous about the snakes and Charlotte not wanting to lead.
