There is a contest. I win these dishes that belong to royalty. There is a large group of people in this old building. We are all having lunch. Slowly people leave. I go to get the dishes and see that people took the dishes they ate on (my dishes) home. My cousin, Gail, is around. She asks me why I didn’t tell her I won.
Feeling: excited that I won. Disappointed people stole the dishes and angry at myself for trusting.
I told my sister, Chris, this dream. She thinks “royalty” represents my higher Self. Plates are what are used for nourishing. People took the nourishment with them and will continue to nourish themselves and maybe others. She said we don’t know how we have made a difference in others lives.
If this were my dream, I am excited because I won dishes from royalty. Royalty= King/Queen- they are looked up to. Could this represent my higher masculine and feminine Selves?
Now I am with “the masses”. We are all eating lunch-being nourished. When I go to get my dishes, they are gone. I was so excited to win and then now I have lost. I feel I shouldn’t have trusted others and blame myself. Maybe this dream is saying: “Hey, that’s life. You win and lose. It is better to move on than to be bitter and not trust in life. Gail is a good image because she takes like as it is. She also is reminding me to focus on “the wins”.
